Training
Classroom-based training for all who join the company, with a comprehensive induction training programme. Ensuring you have the confidence and skills to either start your new career or refresh your skills if you come with experience. For those new to the industry, we will help you attain the Skills for Care, Care Certificate.
Ongoing all staff will be encouraged to achieve a Level 2 qualification in care as a minimum.
Ongoing support and specialist training, such as condition-specific and management training is available to the right candidates as you progress in the company.

Application Process
To apply we would love to talk to you first, an informal chat to make sure we are the right employer for you, then you will be offered to attend an interview to discuss the role and what we can offer you.
We require that you are a driver with a car due to the nature of the role. Both those new to care and experienced are encouraged to apply for the care roles (and others) we have to offer.
You will be required to obtain and DBS (CRB) enhanced security check prior to formal offer of employment, we are exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act.
